She took the time needed to break down the "Drive Safe And Save" BEACON, milage tracker. She was prompt in both her follow up call as well in her email correspondence. Today she returned my call even as I was leaving here a message on her answering machine. And she was true to her word and provided me a lower cost auto quote then my Progressive policy and didn't hit me with any down payment charges or start up cost. Big plus for that. She was really understanding regarding breaking down the grace period and how many days I have should I be a few days late in making a payment. Heather explained that there were no extra charges tagged on for a late fee 😮 I was really greatful for her going out of here way to go the extra mile & extend such gracious "perks" to begin my policy with Farmers Insurance.
